Proclad Induction Bending is able to complement our market-leading induction pipe bending solutions with world-class heat treatment services.

Virtually all of the equipment in our heat treatment facility has been manufactured from scratch to meet the stringent requirements of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Heavy Engineering Industries.

We have a broad range of furnaces to meet every requirement from top hat furnaces capable of accommodating lengths of up to 9.5 metres with a capacity of up to 20 tonnes to batch furnaces capable of achieving temperatures of up to 1275°C.

We also have a custom designed, temperature controlled, 70,000 litre quench tank.

All of the equipment features state of the art computer controlled temperature with various points and zones for optimum treatments.
