LASER INSPECTION

As well as our internal material testing equipment, we are able to offer unbeatable accuracy and absolute quality for even the most stringent quality standards and accreditations thanks to our full laser inspection process which produces an exact 3D measurement of the pipes and bends.

The technology is able to dramatically improve the quality process by removing the risk of manual errors.

SHOT BLASTING

With increasing demand for the shot blasting of finished pipework, Proclad has invested heavily in creating a dedicated shot blasting facility.

This enables our highly skilled team to carry out shot blasting across our full range of pipe diameters and can comfortably blast internal bores as small as 2” NB.

MACHINING SOLUTIONS

Our dedicated in house machining facilities enable us to carry out any client-specific machining work to supply bends with either plain ends, machined weld preparation ends or internally bored ends to achieve strict dimensional tolerances for fit up on-site as specified by our client.

However, we can also call upon the extensive machining capability and capacity of the full Proclad Group to deliver complex components with full assembly and fabrication solutions.

PIPE COATING

Working with our network of preferred suppliers, we offer a full coating solution to suit your project requirements.

Whether it is powder coating or epoxy bonding, our quality control systems can guarantee gloss levels and coating thicknesses to comply with the required specifications.
