At the heart of our Induction Pipe Bending solution is our Intelli-Bend 2.0 Automatic Temperature Control system, which enables us to provide 100% traceability, repeatability and quality control in every bend.
Using a combination of digital sensors and computerised technology, we are able to control every aspect of the process, from speed of throughput to temperature to eliminate the risk of manual variations which can lead to errors.
